Seller level "below standard".

Question

My seller level status shows as below standard with a score of ;

Transaction defect rate

2.78% 5 of 180 transactions

Of the 5 transactions, most of these were where a sold item "somehow" got re-listed. Surely that's ebay's fault not mine?

I've not heard of sold listings getting relisted, can you supply a couple of example listing numbers?

I doubt very much ebay will do anything other than tell you that you are responsible for your own listings.

Oh, and do you think I can do anything about it? Struggling to find a way to contact ebay for this particular issue.
