Seller is suspended
I bought some shoes which are the wrong size. The seller has promised to send another pair. However they have now been suspended or terminated and eBay won’t help. The ai help just cuts the issue off. How on earth do I speak to an agent?

Mentor2 months agoI think you might find your Payment provider more helpful than contacting ebay.

If they won't help contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
