Seller is ignoring me.
I had brought some aftershave, and the bottle was leaking, so I started the return. The seller accepted and has told eBay that they have paid and sent me a returns label to return it. I have not received this label, and now the seller is ghosting me. eBay isn't helping. what can ido.

Mentor2 weeks agoHopefully, you opened the correct case, one for item not as described / Does Not Match Description.
This gives the seller 3 days to either refund you or send you that return label.
There is no need to message the seller or wait for them to message you.
If that time lapses and nehiter happens you need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in and eBay will force the refund.
Do not close the case early no matter what the seller says, and do not forget to escalate.
