Seller having issues
I purchased an item and seller used pre paid service through eBay and said the collection address is wrong, he said he’s tried to contact eBay without luck and the courier service say it’s an eBay problem, would be greatful for any help.

·11 months agoIf the seller has asked for the item to be collected, by Royal Mail or another carrier, then it is up to the seller to sort out the issue.
If they don't/can't send your item, then you will have to wait until one day after the latest estimated delivery date and then open an 'item not received case'.
The courier will only have an incorrect address for the seller if they haven't updated their address on Ebay.
