Seller hasn’t refunded but case is now closed

Question

Hi, I’ve been back and forth with the seller over 6 weeks. There was delay in collecting the package then EBay closed the case due to time passed so now I’m struggling to get this sorted. I’m using the eBay messaging system. I can’t open another return so I’m stuck! Have tried to call the seller using the number on their own site, left a message, still nothing .

It’s a hedge trimmer.
