seller hasn't posted out my parcel that I won in an auction and keeps relisting the item
Summary: d_pict6 shared a concern about a seller relisting an item they had paid for, despite the seller claiming there was an issue with eBay. The item, won on the 25th and paid for on the 26th, has been relisted multiple times, raising suspicions about the seller's behavior. I won my item on the 25th, paid for it on the 26th, and then I saw that the seller had relisted the item as a Buy It Now without cancelling my order. I messaged to ask what had happened and they said that eBay told them I had cancelled and that the money had now come through and that they'd send it out that day. Skip to today, 28th, they still haven't posted out my item and the item I have won and paid for has been relisted for a 2nd time, now as an auction again.
I reached out to the seller and they said 'they don't know why it keeps relisting itself' and that they'd send me my item tomorrow. This behavious feels incredibly suspicious and they still haven't taken the relisted auction down. I can't get through to eBay to speak to an agent for some reason, it keeps saying live help is unavailable. Seller has 100% positive feedback all from people who have bought from them so I really don't know what to do.

Mentor1 week agoAll you can do is open a "not received" case after the estimated delivery date has passed. Click on the More Actions dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchases list and select on "I didn't recieve it". If necessary escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.
