Seller has provided tracking but hasn’t sent the item
I bought some car mats from a seller on 20/9/26 who offered postage via 24hr other courier.
That courier is EVRI & they are telling me they have yet to receive the parcel into their system despite a tracking number being provided on 21/9/26 looking at the sellers feedback it seems this is common & I wish I had read this before I purchased so my question is how can I cancel the order as they are shocking at communication? 😩

Mentor1 week agoA tracking number is generated as soon as a seller buys a postage label via eBay.
Once the latest estimated delivery date showing on your order has passed you can open an eBay item not received claim and get a full refund.
