I recently bought a golf putter on ebay. The seller did not send the package the following couple of days. I messaged him asking when he was going to ship the package and he replied stating he had already sold the putter. I have messaged him twice since then, requesting he cancels the order, however he has not done this. What should I do to ensure I get a full refund? Do I cancel the order myself? Wait for the order delivery date to expire and then cancel the order? Or something else? Please can you help.
