Seller has failed to supply a prepaid postage label
The seller has accepted my return and has told Ebay that he has provided me with a postage label but he hasn't done so. I should be able to ask Ebay to step in as it is more than 3 business days since this was started. The seller is in Hong Kong and because Ebay think the matter is sorted, they make no provision for me to ask them to step in; I am just going round and round in circles. How can I get them to send me a telephone number on which to call them?

Mentor1 month agooverseas sellers cannot send pre paid labels via ebay, if the item needs to go back to HK he needs to provide the funds to do so. However did the item originally come from there or the UK? If the original listing stated the item is in the UK it needs to go back to a UK address.
You'll need to chat with CS, (they will probably give the seller a couple of more days to send funds etc) you can do it here from this link but it only works on phones. DO not close the case for any excuse from the seller.
