Seller has accepted a return but hasn't given me a return label. What should I do if he doesn't respond before the return date runs out?
The Seller has accepted a return but hasn't given me a return label.
He's only supplied a return address and the item is bulky and over 1 metre long.
The item was roof bars for a car and wasn't complete.
What should I do if he doesn't respond before the return date runs out?
Also, is there a way to bypass everything and just talk to eBay?
Thanks

Mentor1 month agoWhat sort of return did you open. Seller only supplies a return label for not as described. If you opened the correct case, and seller has not responded, then you escalate to ebay, but only if the case was “not as described”.
If return was “does not fit” that is classed as a change of mind return and buyer pays for return postage.

OP1 month agoThanks,
Return was because Item not as described, because it doesn't work and is incomplete.
Is there a way of bypassing the help options and just talking to eBay?
They've called me before about an issue and were really good.
I just want to speak to them
