Seller gone quiet over return
Received a faulty item, after a lot of time talking to the seller they agreed to replace it but said it would take 17 days because it would come from China. Waited longer but by the seller won’t respond to my messages.

Mentor11 months agoAre you more than 30 days from delivery of the faulty item?
If not you need to open a case for item not as described, now.
We never recommend accepting a replacement as it often runs you out of time to use the money back guarantee.
