Seller gave Incorrect return postage
Purchased a treadmill saying perfect working order which it wasn't.
Gave the seller weeks to send a new part which I never received.
Opened a case with ebay about returning the treadmill and got a return postage slip.
I don't drive so had to ask a friend with a large enough car (treadmill is very heavy and large) to take it too the local parcel force depot.
It has been returned to me today and the postage paid wasn't correct/ over the weight limit.
I have contacted the seller just want yo know the next steps, obviously I want a refund and for the treadmill to be collected from my address now

Mentor10 months agoNot sure about the home delivery for a return item when seller pays for postage, but if the wrong postage was issued for the return, you do need to contact Customer Services for them to issue the correct label, and they'll charge it to the seller's account.
I strongly recommend contacting CS at 8 a.m. on weekdays , 9 a.m. on weekends as there's more chance of Dublin answering at that time, and they'll be more familiar with answering questions about home collections, than perhaps CS in the Philippines ! It's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's ' Ireland calling ! '
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Mentor10 months agoContact eBay and let them know that the return postage label you've been issued with by the seller is not sufficient for the large and heavy item, which is a treadmill.
I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:
