Seller from Japan
Hi there,
I have made a payment/buying for an Item 5 days ago.
3 days later, I messaged the seller due to inactivity from him/her ,
and after 2 hours later, the seller stated Our shop’s handling time is set to a maximum of 10 business days, and we can assure you that your order will be shipped within that timeframe.
So, Should I worry about the seller is a scammer?
Please advice.

When you buy an item, it shows an estimated delivery date on the front page of the item details.
Then, you get an email from Ebay confirming your purchase and giving a range of estimated delivery dates.
Those two things should confirm what the seller is telling you.
If the item doesn't arrive by the latest estimated delivery date (from the Ebay email), you can open an item not received case.

Mentor6 months agoWhat was the last estimated date for delivery on the original listing? This is the date you watch for, and bearing in mind it's coming from Japan, and these dates are only estimates, eBay can be a tad optimistic here, so do not worry if it's a few days late.
Your money is safe, however, if a reasonable time passes your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the item, and the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
