Mentor1 week agoHave you opened a Not as described case, as SELLER has to pay for return label, but that still leaves you with the problem of posting.

Mentor1 week agoMost online selling sites don't have a collection option for return postage, something to factor in when buying online.
eBay return labels don't offer a collection service, if you wanted to you could buy your own return label online and select collection, but that would mean that you pay for that label.

Mentor1 week agoIf this is an ebay managed return, the label issued does require the buyer to post it back. Don't you have someone who could do that for you?

Mentor1 week agoUnfortunately this is how returns work.
Can you print ebay postage label and ask a friend to take parcel to PO.

Mentor1 week agoIf you had bought it from a shop, you would have had to return it to the shop. When returning an item bought online, you usually have to post it back.
eBay doesn't require sellers to provide a collection service. You accepted this in the user agreement.
