Seller didnt pay postage
I bought an item which said free delivery,but today I got card from royal mail stating the seller only paid part postage and ive had to pay £1.50 for royal mail to deliver the product....its only £1.50 but its the principal...ive tried contacting seller but being ignored

Mentor5 months agoBasically you should not have accepted and paid. It is really up to sellers to see that correct postage is paid, annoying especially when a small amount, but only way to make sellers be more careful.
There is no way to get seller pay up , although a good seller would. All you can do is reflect in feedback, and the star rating for postage.
