I have noticed over the last few days that Sellers item description is not visible. I cant find a way to notify Ebay.

Mentor2 weeks agoI have seen another thread on this, and I have tried this at home on my phone and desktop and I am not having the same issue. I can read them as normal. It may therefore help if you state what you are using software wise and whether its app or desktop based issue, to ascertain whether there is a technical issue or not.

OP2 weeks agoYes it is. I have ben using ebay as a buyer and seller for many years. This problem has happened several times before, and I note others are having the same issue. I was really trying to find a way to contact ebaly but the AI bot is hopeless.

Mentor2 weeks agoI’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
