Seller denies providing return label on opened case for defective item. How to ask ebay to step in?Hello,  I've opened a return case "Item defective" but seller does not provide return label saying it should be at my expense. Where to find link requesting ebay to step in and resolve a dispute? My return window closes in 3 days. I've tried to search everywhere, order details, returns details - couldn't find "ebay step in" option Thank you.

Is your seller in the US?   If so, let eBay know that the seller has not provided you with a label or the postage cost to cover the cost of a return label to the US.
