Seller denied the ruturn request, what now?
I Requested a return on a pair ram sticks after 4 to 7 days of receiving and the seller denied the request and have gone radio silent, what do i do now...

Mentor2 weeks agoThat counts as a change of mind and private accounts can refuse those. Nothing you can do now.

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay doesn't require sellers to accept change of mind returns. However, UK registered business sellers are required by the consumer contracts regulations 2013 to accept returns of online sales, whatever the reason - but you must notify them on or before day 14. There's plenty of info. online.
Are they a UK business seller? If so, and you're still within the time limit, tell them this. If the they won't cooperate, look up their local trading standards office, or take advice from your own local office.
