Seller declining request for counterfeit phone
I recently bought a Galaxy S25 Ultra after winning an auction on Ebay. When I contacted the seller advising it was a knock-off, he first expressed surprise, then asked for evidence. After sharing all the evidence, he ghosted me. I requested a return and it was declined.
I tried to appeal to Ebay to step in, but the case has already been closed.
Anyone knkw hoe I can navigate this and get my money back?

Mentor11 months agoIt sounds as if you didn't open a return case for 'item not as described ' within the 30 day window, or perhaps follow it up within the required time frame.
If you don't follow the money back guarantee rules and a case closes you can't open another on ebay.
Try your funding source.
