Seller declines to accept a return for wrong item
I ordered 10 set dvd uk version of 2 series. Was sent 5 set dvd Dutch version of one series. Contacted seller and he said he would rectify. I waited 3 weeks but nothing came. Asked for return details to send back the wrong item still shrink wrapped but seller declined. Ebay ai just said case closed no appeal. Useless. Item 02-14439-90782. Others have had similar problem have been on eBay 22 years and spent thousands. No problem before. What do i do.

Mentor2 months agoYou say you have been on eBay for 22 years and had no problems, yet you waited 3 weeks for a return label?
eBay's 30 day MBG is clear , and has to be followed to a T.
Open a case for item not as described. Seller has 3 days to refund or send that return label. You do not wait 3 weeks, but escalate on day 4 , nand eBay step in and force a full refund.
You waited far too long, the case closed from inactivity, you cannot open another case for this item with eBay.
You can turn to your payment provider for help with a refund.

·2 months agoYou had 30 days from receipt to start a return through Ebay.
It looks as if the seller ran you out of time to get help from Ebay - I may be cynical but I would have opened a case on the understanding that I would close it only if or when the correct item arrived.
Then, if the seller is trying to keep your money without supplying the right item, you can go back to the open case and get your refund.
Depending on how you paid, your payment source may be able to help.
