Seller declined the return request

Question

I recently bought a bag from one seller I even pay delivery charge for it. And when I received the bag it turned out fake and then I requested for return.

Didn’t wanna say it is fake to be polite so wrote the reason for return is ordered wrong item. After I request return the seller declined the return and close return. Now I am trying to contact seller and she/he is not responding. Can someone please help me with this matter? What do I do to get refund?

You used a "change of mind" reason for return which sellers can refuse. There is nothing else you can do on ebay but contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
