Seller declined refund
I brought a BMW F30 m sport steering wheel and in the descriptions it said it fits a F30. It arrived and I took the original one off but then looked at the back of the new one and hole looked bigger so measured and it was 21mm not 18mm. Asked for refund and seller declined. What can I do now as item is not as advertised and doesn’t fit as suggested by the seller. Can’t find anywhere online to appeal or contact eBay.

Mentor3 weeks ago"Doesn't fit" is classed as change of mind which sellers can refuse. There's nothing else you can do on ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback. Be sure to tell them that the item was not described correctly rather than it doesn't fit.

OP3 weeks agoThanks for that. Have contacted PayPal as used them as payment method and told them item is not as described. Which it is not. Thanks
