Seller closed Return Request

Question

I bought 2 small kits which are supposed to automate watering via solar power. Neither of the kits are doing what they advertised. I’ve contacted the seller to explain the situation but they have closed the case without any explanation. What should I do?

If you opened a case more than 30 days after receipt the seller can just close it.
