Seller charged for postage when item listed as and buyer had already paid
How do you resolve a double charge for postage when EBay has mistakenly charged both the seller and the purchaser for the item?

Mentor11 months agoIf the Private seller has not used Simple Delivery but their own postage, then the unused Simple Delivery label is refunded to whoever paid for it. The refund isn't instant !
I'm not sure if you are the buyer or the seller, the following is written as if you are the seller.

·11 months agoIf it was the last item you sold, that did not have Simple Delivery.
The buyer paid £2.94 for Evri tracked and that payment should have come to you for you to pay for postage.
Check in your orders and look at 'order details' and 'what your buyer paid' to check the postage payment came to you and was not paid directly to Ebay.

OP11 months agoI selected “Buyer pays” for simple delivery but, as you can see from the
attached, both I and the buyer paid😔 How do I get refunded?

I don't think it was Simple Delivery.
The buyer paid you - then you paid Ebay.
