Seller cancells order and relist at higher price and evay does nothing
I bought an item, seller cancelled the sale stating out of stock or damaged tgen relisted immediately as buy it now for more money using same images and description. Reported it to ebay and ebay Ai said there's no problem. Is this acceptable or just the way it works now

You can still leave feedback.
Do not mention refund or ebay.
Something like "Seller did not honour sale" can't be removed.

Mentor6 months agoNot quite true that ebay does nothing, cancelling for out of stock and seller gets a defect.
For a low volume seller that can seriously damage their selling account, as ebay expects no more than a 2% defect rate.
