Seller cancelled order

I won blu rays in auction & seller cancelled order saying damaged out of stock but when I contacted them they admitted they cancelled because it didn't reach the price they wanted, is this allowed

Not allowed but seller cannot be forced to send and will have received a defect against their account for cancelling as out of stock
