seller cancelled my order due to not having a printer.
Summary: airwop shared their frustration about a seller who, due to issues with the Royal Mail drop-off points and the lack of a printer, canceled an order three days after it was placed. The seller cited system issues and the inability to print a label as reasons for the cancellation, offering a refund and indicating a willingness to relist the item with a different carrier in the future.
Here is my history. Surly the seller has entered a contract with me once I have purchased an item 3days ago. Today he says he can’t ship. Please read from the bottom up.

Usually you just go at shop they scan the QR code you get from here and they have the label that doesn't work. Thanks for understanding

Hi there sorry for the inconvenience but will have to cancel the order for now since the royal mail drop off points doesn't seem to work the system is down or something , if you still will like to purchase it will have to sell it again and send it with other carrier since I can't modify the service on the current order

Mentor2 weeks agoYour seller could simply have sent it themselves from their local Post Office and not used the eBay label. Still, too late now if they've cancelled the order and relisted. I'm not sure that whatever issue they were experiencing won't still be there though, given that it doesn't make a lot of sense.
All you can do here is to re-purchase and hope for the best.
