Seller cancelled
Seller cancelled order.
I bought some trainers from eBay. The seller sent me a message that they have been posted and " I had a bargain there"
24 hrs later they cancelled it and gave a full refund.
To me, this sounds like they didn't get as much as they were expecting. If that's the case don't put "NO RESERVE"
I'm unable to leave feedback too. What a scam

Mentor3 months agoThis is bad selling. What reason have they selected for cancelling as they can avoid a damaging defect for their account, by selecting ' Buyer Requests to Cancel'.
No one can force a seller to sell an item, but you can if you wish contact eBay Customer Services, explain the reason quoted for the cancellation is untrue , you did not authorise the cancellation, and you were disappointed not to receive your item. CS will review the case and may place that damaging defect on their account.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

OP3 months agoThey said it's no longer for sale/damaged item.
Covers all bases really for them. I'd like the option to leave feedback but it doesn't seem to be the case.
