Seller can no longer send the item

I have purchased an item but the seller is now saying they can no longer send the item . It states the item has been sent but the seller is saying they have not sent it . How can I cancel and get my refund

You will have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed, then open a not received case. Seller must then refund within 3 days, if not you escalate to ebay, who will deal with refund.

Also remember to leave suitable feedback and star ratings. Just say “seller did not honour the sale.”
