Seller asking for bank and paypal details for return postage
I want to return an item as not usable, the seller is asking for my bank details and for paypal. Now asking if friends or family have paypal. I not and wouldn't give then the details. Ebay says the seller should supply a return postage label. I cannot get hold of ebay amd have reported the seller but all I'm getting is take action on my behalf to send item back

If its the phone you left the neg for -The seller and item are located in China.

Mentor11 months agoIf the seller is not in the UK they cannot supply a return postage label via ebay. So they need some means of sending you the cost, eg. by bank transfer or Paypal.
