Seller asked for address long after purchase
I bought three items from one seller & they got postage with tracking but all the tracking says is we are expecting it from the 14/6/26 now still haven’t received so contacted seller & they are saying something went wrong with the barcode & they have been asking eBay for help now they have asked me for my address so they can pay for the postage themselves but wouldn’t they have my address. I have never been in this situation before can you please advise. Thank you in advance

Mentor1 month agoIf the seller has been unable to print the postage label they won't have your address. It's fine to give it to them but keep in mind ebay's 30 day deadline for "not received" claims if the items are not sent.
