Seller
Seller sent me a damaged light, I asked for a refund or replacement, seller said cancel the return so I can send your replacement but soon as I cancelled the return he stopped his messages and just ignores me now.

Mentor6 months agoRemember whether you are able to get a refund or not, seller deliberately lied, so make sure to leave negative feedback.
Do not say too much as that could allow seller to ask for removal, just say very unsatisfactory transaction and mark down the star ratings.
Just for information, NEVER ask for a replacement, always get refund. You are only allowed one case, and if replacement was faulty you could do no more through ebay.

Mentor6 months agoI am afraid you have allowed yourself to be conned out of getting any help from ebay under the money back guarantee.
You could try your funding source for help.

As you cancelled the case there is nothing more you can do here now. You should NEVER close a case early for some of the rubbish excuses given by bad sellers.
for now your only recourse is to goto your payment provider, although they may want to know why you closed the case early?
