Sell wants me to return a damaged bottle of liquid
Hello every one.
I bought a bottle of sports clothing detergent. The bottle arrived damaged and had leaked half of its contents. I contacted the seller and provided photos and they have asked me to return to item for a refund. This would result in the remainder of the bottle leaking out! I questioned that I can’t send an open bottle, they have since gone quiet.

·11 months agoHave you opened a case? if not do so now, choose "arrived damaged" the seller is then responsible for tracked return postage and may be a little more likely to cooperate.
