Selected simple delivery and the buyer paid for postage. But there is no QR code or shipping label
Although the buyer paid for postage, now that the item has sold, the only option that seems to be available to me is to pay for a collection. This is significantly more expensive than the amount the buyer has already paid, and is approximately half the value of the item sold. The item requires age verification - but this was included in the buyers shipping payment. Is this correct? Why am I not able to use the pre-paid shipping option that was already paid?

Hi @alexben1105, thanks for your post.
If the buyer paid, and you're using Simple Delivery, you should be able to just get the pre paid label. If you confirm the item number, I can take a look for you no problem to see what's happening.
