Seeking clarity and a solution regarding new seller account restriction
Hello eBay moderators and experienced sellers,
I got my eBay account agh-deals for which I’m seeking guidance regarding a restriction that was applied shortly after the account was created. The account was set up using the valid UK LTD company details, and no items were listed, sold or drafted prior to the restriction. My intention was to allow the account to establish normal activity and make a few purchases before listing, in line with recommended new-seller practices. I was just scrolling a few products to buy but right after a few hours of initial set up, I received a surprising notification from eBay telling my account had been restricted.
I contacted seller support but did not receive any clear explanation. So I’m hoping to understand whether this type of restriction can occur during automated verification checks or there is a standard process to request a review. Any advice from moderators or experienced sellers would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time!

Are all these parts correct?
But as you found, CS are not always clear what they want.

You have spoken to Ebay Customer Services. Generally, they are unable to discuss restrictions with account holders and would not be able to give specific details.
You need to look at the email from Ebay which informed you of the restriction.
Usually, they ask you to take specific actions, unless the restriction is permanent in which case you will not be able to sell on the site.
