Hi everyone,
I recently encountered an issue with an online purchase where I had to pay extra postage fees due to the seller not providing accurate postage. Despite attempting to resolve the issue with the seller through various channels, communication has been slow and unhelpful.
For those of you who have faced similar situations, what steps did you take to resolve disputes with sellers? Have any of you successfully navigated e-commerce platforms' dispute systems, and do you have any tips on how to achieve a satisfactory outcome?
Looking forward to hearing your experiences and suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Mentor3 weeks agoThere is no way to force a seller to refund you any extra postage fees and ebay won't help either.
You are highly unlikely to get a satisfactory outcome.

OP3 weeks agoThanks for your answer. It seems that way. The seller has basically won by cheating.
