I recently bought some Pokemon cards online, thinking I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I realized they were fake. I reported the issue to eBay, and they have since taken down the listing. While one seller has refunded me the full amount, the other insists on a return before processing a refund. Complicating matters, I purchased two different box sets from different sellers, and now the cards are mixed together, making it difficult to determine which cards belong to which seller.
I've tried reaching out to eBay for assistance, but since I've already reported the item, it seems I can't initiate a refund case directly through their platform. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation before? How did you get eBay to step in and help with a refund? Mentor3 weeks agoIf you are within 30 days of delivery you should still be able to open a return case but you will need to return the cards for a refund.
