Question

No matter how many times I update my password, an email then comes saying my account has been used by an unauthorized user (ie not me).

ebay help only ever tells me to update my password. If I do, the account is straightaway penetrated again.

We all get these at times. It will show where your ISP is, not where you are. If you are happy that it was you logged in to ebay at time stated, then just ignore it.
