Second chance offer when first bidder does not pay
My buyer never paid for their item. I cancelled the order after 4 days. I want to make a second chance offer to another bidder who did not win my item. I have followed the instructions on eBay website but am getting nowhere. Also I noticed that the option 'buyer never paid' has gone. Does anyone know how to contact the previous bidder to make a second chance offer when i have their username?

Mentor5 days agoUsing desktop (not the app), if you click on 'bids' on the original listing it will call up bid history. Any of the other bidders who are opted in to receive Second Chance Offers will have "Send Second Chance Offer' next to their name. Just use that.
