Second chance.
Hi,
In a nutshell, buyer asked to cancel. I looked up eBay help and it said I have to accept cancellation before being able to offer next highest bidder a second chance. So I accepted cancellation and now there doesn’t seem to be a second chance button, just relist or sell similar item. I can see bidders on original listing but cannot contact them. Any suggestions please.

OP3 months agoHi, many thanks for the reply but I can’t see any blue labels and wonder if I am looking in the right place. Can you tell me how to view the original listing please?

Mentor3 months agoFor some bizarre reason sometime ago ebay changed this location, and there is now instead of being in the logical place against the order in the hub, you have to open the actual listing of the item, that sold, and there should be 4 blue labels to left, I have attached a picture to help.
