Seasonal ornaments- bike shed
I purchased the above and received only half of the product. Does anyone have information on how to contact them directly as they no longer respond to ebay emails. Also ebay no help whatsoever. Many thanks

Mentor5 months agoNo need to contact seller who can just ignore you , but they cannot ignore A Not as described return.
As said if they do not respond with return label, which I hardly think they will want to arrange, then just escalate after 3 days, that is on day 4.

Mentor5 months agoOpen an eBay return and select the 'Missing parts or pieces' reason.
Your seller needs to issue you with a pre-paid returns label within 3 business days, or you can ask eBay to step in who will likely just refund you if this is large item.
