Bought a scooter as a Christmas present it has fell apart not even three months old the seller is trying to give me a refurbished one as a replacement I have said ether a new one or a refund there very slow at responding to me what should I do

·4 months agoYou can't do anything though Ebay as they only give you 30 days to return a faulty item.
If you received the scooter less than 120 days ago, your payment provider may be able to help as you have bought an item online which is not fit for purpose.
