Mentor3 months agoIt's hard for anyone here to help you if you don't explain what the problem is.
You have only left one negative feedback in the last year, and that was for a seller with over 4,000 feedbacks in the same period, 98.7% positive. Surely you're not suggesting that eBay should have removed them because of your feedback?
As to scammers on eBay, it's important to understand that buying from unknown sellers on eBay is not like buying from the shops. eBay even warns buyers in the user agreement that they do not guarantee the quality of items sold here - or that they will be truthfully described, safe or even legal. Would you buy from a shop that stated this? eBay is a jungle.

Mentor3 months agoIt's pretty impossible for a buyer to lose their money on eBay unless they play along and get taken outside of eBay and pay via bank transfer.
If you want to explain what happened we can hopefully find a way to get your money back.
