scammers not honouring warranty

Anyone dealt with these people?
I bought a Samsung phone from them (Business Seller) New with a 2 Year warranty, its screen goes wrong in 6 months.
Every contact with them is met with an automated response claiming they want to help, but no joy-no help arrives.
Ebay not interested as it's over 30 days, even Paypal closed my case summarily for the same reason, I can't even appeal their decision despite them saying it could be done.
Trying currently with the credit card issuer that Paypal took the money from.
Anyone know how else to get help?

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedThis is one of the risks of buying on eBay. eBay did warn you in the user agreement that they don't guarantee that sellers' descriptions will be truthful or honest. Would you have bought from a shop that admitted this? So you knew that buying from unknown sellers here can be risky.
To be clear, was this guarantee definitely provided by the seller, and not the maker? Neither sellers nor eBay are responsible for manufacturers' guarantees.
Assuming it was given by the seller, I'm afraid we receive endless questions about sellers who give worthless warranties. A further problem is that eBay's own money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days, so by the time any warranty claims arises it has almost always expired and eBay has no interest.
It's too late to ask for help from paypal (30 day time limit) or your payment provided (usually 120 days). I don't know whether trading standards will get involved in cases like this , but you could ask. Otherwise your only option might be to use the government money claims online court (MCOL) . Take legal advice first. Good luck!
