Scammed last year anything I can do now?

purchased an iPhone in June last year from a brand new seller with 0 reviews. The item was NEVER sent — no tracking, no delivery, no communication. The order still says 'Paid' only — it NEVER showed as delivered. As a new seller, funds should have been held until delivery confirmed. I believe the money was never released to the seller. Is there anything I can do right now thanks.

Of course it would be released to seller, it is only held for so long to allow people like you to open a not received case. You had 30 days with ebay and 120 days with your payment provider to get refunds.

Seller must have been delighted and laughing all the way to the bank.

I am sorry but ebay only allow 30 days for claims. Payment providers allow 120 days. So you're out of time for both. If the seller is in the UK and you have their details you could try money claim online (Google for details). If they're business sellers you can report them to Trading Standards.
