Hi i have just been scammed to the tune of £80
Ebay didnt even give me the option to pay for the item to be returned.
Is there anything I can do? Thanks x

OP2 weeks agoHi I am the seller , it was a andiod tablet new in sealed box. The buyer said it was broken didnt give me a chance to reply or ask for it to be returned before reporting me to Ebay. Ebay refunded them and said they could keep the item without even asking me about it. The picute they sent of broken tablet isnt even the same colour. Im soo angry that Ebay can do this .

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the buyer opened a case for item not described you had three days to issue a returns label before the buyer could escalate for a refund, did you do that?

Mentor2 weeks agoI suspect you opened the wrong case, does not fit for example is classed as a change of mind, and a private seller does not have to accept this sort of return.
Payment provider may be able to help.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it's been more than 30 days it will be too late for ebay but if it's less than 120 days since payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
