Scammed
So I sent a parcel via rail mail and it was sent and the tracking system was down…. The buyer ended up with a refund via eBay…… Now an item down and I’ve got proof Royal Mail delivered the item. How can I make a complaint about this buyer

But if you used Simple Delivery ebay should have refunded the buyer and you keep the payment.
