How do I get a refund when I’ve been scammed and eBay have removed the item for violations the seller has refunded £2 of the £339 and messaged to blame eBay problems that they can’t distribute

Mentor1 month agoContact ebay to open a Not Received Case to get full refund.
Buyers only get scammed if they let the seller get away with it and do nothing.

Mentor1 month agoIf you cannot open a "not received" case on ebay contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
