Mentor8 months agoDone properly this works out expensive for seller, plus of course you should leave negative feedback.
Hardly a clever scam if it costs the seller more than he received, with paying original postage and a full refund. If he wants the papers back he has to pay postage for that as well.
I suggest you fead the money back guarantee, there is a link on EVERY listing.

select "Item doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days to get a refund.
Do not use "Not received" because the tracking will show otherwise.
