Scam, refunded 1p how to report
Somebody has taken payment for an Air conditioning unit and refunded me 1p and said not to attempt refund via eBay, clearly a scam how to I report I'm stuck in an ebay loop where it wants me to contact seller.

Mentor1 month agoIf you bought and paid for some thing thst has not arrived, have you never read the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, it is on every listing.
Open a Not Received case, if no response from seller, escslate too ebay on day 4.
Threats from seller should be reported to the police.
